Sourdough

A true classic, our sourdough is naturally leavened and fermented to perfection. Made using a traditional long fermentation process, sourdough is packed with rich, tangy flavor and an airy, chewy texture with a satisfying crust. Not only does sourdough taste incredible, but it's also easier to digest than conventional breads, thanks to its natural fermentation that breaks down gluten and enhances gut-friendly bacteria. 

 

What makes our sourdough unique? Simplicity! We use just three pure ingredients: flour, water, and an active sourdough starter. No sugar, no additives, just wholesome craftsmanship and time-honored techniques. Every loaf is handcrafted with care, time and high-quality ingredients to deliver an authentic sourdough experience that pairs beautifully with a variety of flavors.
