Welcome to Lai Lai Eat. By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us at farmers markets, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders and Payments
- All orders outside of the farmers market are made to order and must be placed through email / phone message / social media direct message.
- Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability. Same-day or last-minute orders are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.
- Payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise specified.
- We accept credit/debit cards, cash, PayPal and Zelle

2. Pickup and Delivery
- Pickup is available on designated farmers markets or porch locations as specified upon order.
- Delivery is available to certain locations on select weekdays. A delivery fee may apply depending on locations.
- If you cannot receive your order at the scheduled time, please contact us promptly to make arrangements. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded.

3. Farmers Market Sales
- Our baked goods are available at various farmers markets on select weekends. Availability is subject to change and is first-come, first-served

4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days before pickup or delivery.
- Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not offered unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect order fulfillment or product quality concerns)

5. Allergies and Food Safety
- We take food safety seriously; however, our products are made in a home kitchen and may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information and communicate dietary restrictions before placing an order.

6. Liability
- We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or food sensitivities resulting from our products.
- Once the order is picked up or delivered, we are no longer responsible for storage conditions affecting product quality
